Infrared Sauna Blanket
A few good questions.
Start with the answers that matter to your routine.
Is this a sauna cabin?
No. It is a foldable infrared sauna blanket with a wired controller. It is a different format from a seated sauna cabin.
Which version should I choose?
Select the market where you intend to use it. The local plug and electrical configuration must be confirmed before orders open; it should not be treated as a universal-voltage device.
Which settings should I use?
Use the settings and timings given in the supplied instructions. A controller’s adjustment range is not a recommendation to use its highest setting.
Does it promise weight loss or detox?
No. Emberfold presents the blanket as equipment for a warming routine and makes no weight-loss, detox or medical promise.
